Back in the day, hard-selling of packages was seen as a norm in the beauty industry, and we still come across these practices to date. Appointment-making can be easy and a hassle at the same time too. Male customers going for beauty-related services may also raise eyebrows for some.
With that, we want to create a safe space and an enjoyable experience for anybody and any body who wants to get their treatments done without feeling all sorts of pressure.
