**Do I need to buy a package?**
No. There are no packages. Top up Shots™ and use them at your own pace.
**Can I use my Shots at any outlet?**
Yes. Your Shots Bank account works at all 17 outlets across Singapore.
**Is Japan IPL Express suitable for men?**
Yes. Japan IPL Express is Singapore's first unisex permanent hair removal specialist.
All services are open to all genders.
## Treatments
**What is ADLight™?**
ADLight™ is Japan IPL Express's proprietary IPL technology for hair removal and skin
concerns. It uses a broad spectrum wavelength of 730–860nm for superior removal of
both fine and stubborn hair.
**What is TriLight Therapy?**
TriLight Therapy combines Broad Spectrum Pulsed Light, Radio Frequency (RF), and
TheraRed™ (Red Light / NIR) in a single 30-minute session to treat multiple skin
concerns simultaneously.
**Is IPL painful?**
ADLight™ features an advanced cooling system that makes the experience comfortable.
Most customers describe minimal discomfort.
**How many sessions do I need?**
Results vary. Most customers see noticeable reduction in hair regrowth within 3–6
sessions. Maintenance sessions can be done as needed.
